At My Practice Academy, we stand behind our courses and services. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following refund terms apply.

1. Course Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases, from the date of purchase.

Conditions

  • You must request your refund within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Less than 50% of the course content must have been completed (measured by lessons marked as complete in your account)
  • If you meet these conditions, no questions asked -- your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • If you purchased via a payment plan, all installments paid to date will be refunded, and any remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled

2. Dashboard Subscription

  • Your first month of dashboard access is free when purchased with a course
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first month
  • If you cancel within your first paid billing cycle, a prorated refund is available for the unused portion of that month
  • After the first paid billing cycle, no refunds are issued for partial months. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. What's Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Courses with more than 50% completion: If you have completed more than half of the course content (measured by lessons marked complete), the course is not eligible for a refund
  • Dashboard months already used: After your first paid billing cycle, monthly subscription fees for months that have already elapsed are not refundable
  • Payment processing fees: Non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe) will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, your order number, and a brief reason for the request.
  2. Our support team will review your request and verify eligibility (course completion status and purchase date). You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  4. If your refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will explain why and work with you to address any concerns about the course or services.
