Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

My Practice Academy provides the following Services:

  • Online Courses: Self-paced educational courses covering practice launch, operations, marketing, compliance, and growth strategies for healthcare professionals
  • Membership Dashboard: A subscription-based platform providing business tools, templates, trackers, and operational resources for managing a healthcare practice
  • AI Advisor (Sal): An AI-powered assistant integrated into the dashboard that provides educational guidance on practice management topics
  • Community: Access to a private community of fellow healthcare professionals for peer support, networking, and discussion

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Each individual may maintain only one account. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Course Access and License

Upon purchasing a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

This license means:

  • You may access purchased course content for as long as the platform remains operational ("lifetime access," subject to platform availability)
  • Access is for your individual use only and may not be shared with others
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or reorganize course content to keep it current and relevant
  • If we discontinue the platform, we will provide reasonable notice and make efforts to deliver course materials in an alternative format

5. Dashboard Subscription

The membership dashboard is a subscription service billed on a monthly basis:

  • Free trial: Your first month of dashboard access is included free with any course purchase
  • Monthly fee: $97 per month, billed automatically on the same day each month following your free period
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time at the then-current monthly rate

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Course Pricing

  • Bedside to CEO Complete Academy: $1,997 one-time payment, or 3 monthly installments of $699
  • Individual Courses: $997 to $1,497, depending on the course

Dashboard Subscription

  • $97 per month (first month free with course purchase)

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled installment. If an installment payment fails:

  • You will receive a notification and have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method
  • If payment is not received within the grace period, your access to course materials and dashboard will be suspended until the balance is resolved
  • Continued failure to pay may result in forfeiture of access to unpaid course content

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchases.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases, subject to conditions. Dashboard subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; prorated refunds are available within the first paid billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by My Practice Solutions LLC or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course videos, audio recordings, and transcripts
  • Written materials, guides, workbooks, and documents
  • Templates, checklists, spreadsheets, and tools
  • Software, code, and platform features
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding elements
  • Community content created by the Company

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell any course content or materials
  • Record, screenshot, or capture content for the purpose of distribution
  • Create derivative works based on our content for commercial purposes
  • Upload our content to any other platform or file-sharing service
  • Claim authorship of any of our materials

Permitted Uses

You MAY:

  • Use downloaded templates, checklists, and tools in your own healthcare practice
  • Reference frameworks, concepts, and strategies from our courses in your own professional work
  • Take personal notes for your own educational purposes

9. AI Features Disclaimer

Our Services include Sal, an AI-powered advisor integrated into the membership dashboard. By using Sal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Educational purposes only: Sal provides general educational guidance on practice management topics. Sal does NOT provide medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of licensed professional counsel.
  • Not a substitute for professional advice: Always consult licensed professionals (attorneys, accountants, physicians, compliance officers) for decisions affecting your practice, patients, finances, or legal obligations.
  • Accuracy not guaranteed: AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided by Sal before acting on it.
  • No practitioner-patient relationship: Sal does not create any professional relationship between you and My Practice Solutions LLC or its affiliates.

10. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with any other person
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or staff
  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the platform
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose

11. Community Guidelines

Our community spaces are professional environments for healthcare practitioners. By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain a respectful, professional tone in all interactions
  • Refrain from soliciting other members for products, services, or business opportunities
  • Avoid sharing confidential patient information (maintain HIPAA compliance at all times)
  • Respect diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experience levels
  • Report inappropriate behavior to our team rather than engaging in public disputes

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for users who violate community guidelines.

12. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your dashboard settings.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, your license to access course content and the dashboard is immediately revoked.

Effect of termination: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions) will remain in effect.

13. Limitation of Liability

Educational content only. The Services provide educational content designed to help healthcare professionals build and grow their practices. Our content is NOT medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of licensed professional counsel.

No guarantee of results. We make no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular level of income, patient volume, revenue, business success, or any other result from using our Services. Your results will depend on many factors outside of our control, including your effort, market conditions, location, competition, experience, and business decisions.

Maximum liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of My Practice Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of damages. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Practice Solutions LLC regarding your use of the Services.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Force majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruptions, or pandemic-related events.
